Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping with tracking takes 7-9 business days for delivery within the United States.
We offer Standard Shipping with tracking included for $7.99 on all orders.
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Your order will be shipped via our trusted carrier partners with full tracking included in your Standard Shipping service.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
While rare, delays can occur due to carrier issues or weather. Please contact our support team at support@geralddaniel.com if your order exceeds the expected delivery timeframe.
Contact us immediately at support@geralddaniel.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, address changes must be handled through the carrier.
First, check with neighbors or building management. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@geralddaniel.com within 48 hours and we'll investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 35 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Email support@geralddaniel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We'll provide the return address, and you can use your preferred shipping method.
We currently process returns for refunds. To get a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
